Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been removed due to a DMCA complaint, you may submit a counter notification to request reinstatement. Your counter notification must include:

- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury asserting that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including name, address, and telephone number.
- A consent statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district. If you are outside the United States, you must agree to the jurisdiction of any district where we may be found.
