Shadow of the Tomb Raider shines in an explosive gameplay
In the framework of his conference today, Eidos Montreal , through director Daniel Chayer-Bisson , made an extensive gameplay demonstration of Shadow of the Tomb Raider , first with a short introductory video that showed Lara aboard an airplane without wings and point of collision and then with footage of playable material, where Lara showed what Eidos Montreal calls “becoming one with the jungle.”
On this occasion, Lara will have to master a dark jungle environment, which will lend itself to more vertical play, with aerial attacks, use of rope to hang from high positions, as well as the typical use of arcs, stealthy stabbings and explosives, with a notorious graphical improvement.
Upon completion, Chayer-Bisson stated that they can not wait to show more about Shadow of the Tomb Raider but revealed that the game will offer new transverse displacement mechanics, as well as new grips, the option to run around the walls, underwater exploration and one of The largest spaces explored in the series, in the form of a huge hidden city.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider was announced in March and will go on sale on September 14, 2018 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
